Heuliez Bus realized in 2008 a market share of about 27 %

With 384 buses registered in France, a 118.1 million euro turnover, Heuliez Bus recorded a 26.9 % market share in 2008 against 25.8 % in 2007, confirming its second rank on the French market behind the leading brand Irisbus Iveco.

In 2008, the articulated bus Access' Bus GX 427, (exhibited for the first time on November, 2007 at the Transport Public exhibition in Clermont Ferrand) was welcomed well on the French market. Other models of the range are very appreciated also always, because 1 000th GX 327 and the 500th GX 127 will take out production lines soon.

The company pursued the marketing of its range of midibus abroad with the help of the Irisbus Iveco commercial organization; particularly in Switzerland, Spain, Germany and Morocco.

Designer and manufacturer of urban vehicles, Heuliez Bus, whose production unit is located in RORTHAIS, in the department of Deux-Sèvres, is a company of the Group Iveco and employs more than 450 persons.
