1980 :
Birth of the HEULIEZ BUS company on the Rorthais site.

1982 :
A cooperation agreement was signed with RENAULT V.I .

1983 à 1996 :
More than 2000 GX 107 standard city buses were produced on RENAULT PR-100 chassis.

1991 :
Subsequent to the RENAULT/VOLVO merger project, the HEULIEZ BUS company was taken over by two new partners : RENAULT V.I. and VOLVO BUS CORPORATION .

1998 :
RENAULT V.I bought the VOLVO BUS CORPORATION shares and thus became the main shareholder.

1999 :
HEULIEZ BUS became a subsidiary of IRISBUS , made of the bus and coach activities of RENAULT V.I. and IVECO .

2002 :
IVECO bought the RENAULT V.I. shares and thus became the only shareholder.
